Effiecient Packing Operations
Keshav Turnomatics implement effective adn effiecient packing operations. The prime use of packing material is to protect the products during handling and transport. It must assure that the product is 100% safe and it should be of reasonable shipping charges. Our aim is to get goods moving safely throughout the distribution system so that it arrives with the customer in the same condition as it left the warehouse. Packaging plays a huge role in this process, starting with the selection of appropriate robust materials that can withstand the rigours of transportation.
It also enables you to store products efficiently so that you can stack loads, place them on pallets, and move them easily within the warehouse when it comes to preparing for delivery. When goods are being prepared for transport, protective packaging is there to limit the movement of the products and prevent unnecessary damage.
Best packing valuable and tiny products
We, first, check the dimension of your product (L x W x H), weight in gm, and then select packing material. Decide the budget for it. It should not be too small or large. It must be perfect-fit to avoid product damage. Perfect for shipping, moving, and storage. Best for packing valuable and tiny products. It should take less storage space.
We make sure
- 1. Small Parts :Small parts are packed in box, than theses boxes are packed in cartons. Each carton weight should not exceed 16 kg., It must be easy to handle by a person.
- 2. Thread protection : We use thread protective caps to save any damage on threads. These caps are made of recycled plastic or we use poly netting to cover theads
- 3. Rust Prevension : Steel parts where there is risk of rust, we dip these produts to excellet grade rust preventive oil, which ensures product free from rust for a long time.
- 4. VCI paper: To add extra protection, all steel parts are packed in VCI paper. This will add extra life agaisnt rust and weather, more than 12 months.
- 5. Poly net cover : Parts were bax packing is not possible, we put them directly to the pallet or carton. The netting structure prevents damage to the products during transit and storage.
- 6. Tray Packing : For the critical parts, we use tray which fulfill purpose of individual pacaking. This protects surface of parts and make parts easy to handle.
- 7. Pallet : Pallet has to bear all transportation hurdles, sea fog and weather changes. So choosing right kind pallet is very important. We choose right kind and right size of pallet considering each product weight, product size and shape. We make sure each pallet is stretch roll warapped for any unforeseen rain or humidity damages.
